1. Returns

We accept returns under the following terms:

• Return Eligibility: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Items Not Eligible for Return: Returns are not accepted for the following:

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital items

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance (if noted on the product page)

• How to Return: Contact our support team at Inquiry@hmwdeals.com with your order number to request a return authorization. We’ll provide instructions to guide you through the return process.

2. Refunds

• Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you about the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

• Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to reflect in your account.

• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our end (e.g., a damaged item or incorrect product received).

3. Exchanges

Need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant? Please initiate a return following the standard process. Once the original item is received, we’ll dispatch the replacement item as soon as possible, based on availability.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us right away at info@hmwdeals.com. We will arrange for a replacement or return at no additional cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following categories:

• Custom or personalized items

• Gift cards

• Digital downloads

• Sale or clearance items, where noted as final sale
